Happy New Year Marketers and professionals of digital tools! May 2025 bring success to entrepreneurs, SMEs and startups! Not forgetting freelancers and self-employed workers, who have surely already taken their back-to-work emails ;).

This January 2025 Monthly Ticket presents the first anniversary review of the virtual magazine. The edition features the new and improved Year 2 design. A sale overview section demonstrates the advertising products available.

Good news! Published sporadically in 2024, the music reports in partnership with JM Musique will be back monthly in 2025.

Of course, as previously announced, the #itSAMarketingThing marketing columns also continue.

In short, the new year is off to a great start for W+M. Already, trends in the profession have become apparent since last fall. This first 2025 issue explains the movements to follow for our websites and sales tools.

Like an Agenda, W+M Begins for 2025

Are you paper or digital? One thing is certain, this famous page number 3 in notebooks and agendas indicating the date of upcoming holidays is surely the most scrutinized of all at the beginning of the year. Then comes our birthday and the company anniversaries.

Are you like me who wonders about the school holidays every January? Let’s all laugh about it ;).

For your info, the W+M Agenda is made of paper, filled with colours and even drawings to illustrate social media campaigns ideas and blog article launches.

The use of technology by all generations

The consumer movement is well established towards virtual shopping. Mostly aware, using secure platforms and enriched with comments, opinions and ideas on products and services. If you’re reading this Monthly Ticket, you have probably been shopping online for a long time and no longer have any problem understanding a purchasing routine. We fill out the form, pay and receive.

It isn’t the same for all generations of consumers. The latter, less experienced, don’t check the origin of the merchant, click on offers coming from spam or worse, make the wrong password during platform double authentication and block their email, account and access.

Add the anxiety from ignorance of the virtual world and the discomfort in explaining the sequence resulting in an error message or other, which is normal, and you have all the ingredients for good fireplace baffles.

Let’s Take the Time to Explain

Come on techies, let’s not leave these Internet users merciless. Let’s help all generations of our population to use the Internet and technology intelligently, and virtual means of authentication. I even believe that we will free up a lot of waiting time in the service call centres of certain companies.

Search for a template of an employee invitation letter. Customize a template of your event information and print it all. Then add a personal handwritten note for each member of your team. If possible, you give the invite in person.
